New Fairway Mower for CAGC


As part of the continuing improvements of the course at County Armagh Golf Club, the Greens staff took delivery of a new Baroness Fairway mower. Checking out the new machine with Greens Convenor Davy Baird (seated) and Head Greenkeeper Ian McCarragher, are Pat McAleavey, Club Treasurer and Dougie Somerville, Trustee.

Tullysaran Golf Classic - Friday 11th August

O’Connell’s GAC Tullysaran are holding a Golf Classic on Friday August 11 in County Armagh Golf Club in memory of club stalwarts Brendan Smyth and Stan Corrigan.

Entry fee for a team of four is £160 which includes a meal afterwards. A donation will also be made to the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children.

The golf will be followed by a presentation and a night of music/entertainment in the club

County Armagh Golf Club Captain Richard Stewart presents the John O'Neill Memorial Salver to Mixed Greensomes competition winners Mary Black and Jerome Leer. Included also are runners up Anthony Conlon and Cathleen Mone, Sean Dougan and Ann McDonald and Hilary Johnston and Stewart Stevenson, Gross Prizewinners.
