The ladies and gents Open 4-Ball Classic invites men's, women's and mixed teams to compete for prizes of upwards of £1,000.

Club Captain Richard Stewart, said: “The Irwin sponsored Classic Competition is all about raising funds for the club but it also affords us an opportunity to showcase our magnificent woodland course and clubhouse to visitors from far and wide.”

Irwin's Managing Director Keith Stewart said: “We are delighted to be sponsoring the Classic competition. While our work may take us the length and breadth of Ireland and mainland UK, our roots are very much in the local community and we endeavour to support fund-raising events of this nature when we can.”

The Classic on Friday 19 May will be followed by a meal in the clubhouse for all participants, prize-giving and music by the popular Blues band The Preacher Caseys.
