County Armagh Golf Club Captain Richard Black has been busy preparing for his Captain’s Day on Saturday 25th July 2015. There’s just so much to be done and even during a photo-call last week-end he was taking calls to make sure everyone will enjoy the big day.

AFFABLE Art McCrory marched to victory in the County Armagh Open Stableford competition on 12 th July. His 42 points was the best on the day.
Steady scoring over the front nine holes flagged up 23 points for Art at the turn. And that momentum was maintained on the route home without disturbance for a further 19 points.
Art McCrory is presented with is prize by County Armagh Golf Club Captain Richard Black after winning the Open Stableford competition on 12 th July. Included also are runners up Colin Clarke and Iggy Mallon.

PIPPED at the post in the Henry White Memorial, Shea Brady produced the winning score he'd been threatening to take the honours in the County Armagh July Medal competition.
The club barman, playing of a handicap of six, returned a nett 65 to win the coveted medal and secure himself a place in the Club Championship.
Shea Brady is presented with his July Medal prize by County Armagh Vice Captain Marty Oliver. Included also are runners up Tommy Makem, Anthony Fagan and Ian Millar.

A magnificent seven birdies shot student Adam Cromwell to victory in the County Armagh Open stroke competition, sponsored by Campbell Fuels.
The young golfer's nett 61 was one of the best scores shot at the city course this season and was four shots better than the rest of the field on the day.
In a truly impressive round, Adam, who plays off a handicap of 7, recorded five birdies on route to a five under par back nine.
Adam Cromwell is presented with his prize by County Armagh Golf Club Vice Captain Marty Oliver after winning the Campbell Fuels sponsored Open Stroke competition. Included also is Paul Doyle (3 rd from right) representing Campbell Fuels and other prize winners in the competition (from left), Francis Curley, Gary Lappin, Neil Cromwell, Stewart Stevenson and Andrew Rennie.
