“I've always known County Armagh Golf Club to very generous towards local charities but this wonderful figure topped all my expectations.

“Marie Curie and their nurses hold a special place in my heart, particularly since I lost my wife Helen through cancer. They were there every day for her, and were a big help to me and our daughters at a very difficult time. This fund-raising effort has allowed me to say thank-you in a small way to Marie Curie. To all those who contributed I also want to say a big thank-you.”
