County Armagh Golf Club's over-65s competed once again for the Mayne Cup on 30 June, when the venerable standings were headed by Roy Turner.
The story of the winning round was something of a page-Turner, especially an outward nine that was skimmed through in just 34 strokes. Textbook, level-par golf.
County Armagh Golf Club Vice Captain, Declan McReynolds, awarded the Mayne Cup to 40-point winner, Roy Turner.

As our last remaining hope on the men's inter-club matchplay scene of 2019, the Senior Cowdy Cup crew will soon carry the CAGC torch into the tournament's semi-finals.
A last-four meeting with near neighbours Portadown, which is to be completed by the end of August, was brought about by a resounding third-round rout of Banbridge.
