DELIVERY man Sean T Dougan was bang on time to collect the Tuesday Cup at County Armagh Golf Club with an impressive winning score.
In the summer-long competition in which the best nett scores at each hole are recorded, the young golfer secured the coveted prize - kindly sponsored by Rutledge Recruitment – with a score of nett 42.

Indeed Sean's score was two points better than all the rest – Seamus Toner his nearest challenger with a nett 44.

IT may have been a season-long effort, but Norman Mallon eventually saw his name in lights after winning the final Saturday club stroke qualifier at County Armagh.
And it was achieved in impressive fashion – as he returned a nett 63, one shot better than the remainder of the considerable field.

GERVASE Hughes claimed the final place in the County Armagh Club Championship after winning the September Medal.
A birdie 2 at the 3 rd hole set Gervase on his way to a two over par front nine. And with further birdies at the 10 th and 12 th holes on his way to a three-over par back nine holes, the 9-handicapper was a deserving winner with his nett 65 finish.
Patsy Hegarty (9) also confirmed his place in the club championship with his second place finish, recording a nett 66 on the day.

BIRDIES at the 10 th , 11 th and 15 th holes ultimately earned Shea Brady first prize in the County Armagh Golf Club Sunday stableford.
When no less than four players each returned 40 points, it took countback to separate Shea (6), Brian McGrady (14), Michael McParland (15) and PJ Quinn(13).
19 and 21 points front and back nine holes respectively won it for Shea. Brian McGrady was a deserved runner up with 20 and 20 points respectively front and back nine holes.
