The competition was very generously sponsored by lady member Paula McRory of Stirling House Financial Services. The winner with a nett 70 was Lily McMullan followed by Barbara Hamilton with a nett 71. In third place with a nett 73 was Brigid McEneaney beating Bernie Rice on the better back nine.
The categories were as follows:
Category A: Bernie Rice nett 73
Category B: Sheila Hughes nett 76
Category C: Patricia Hughes nett 75 (beating Sheila Stinson on the better back 9)
Category D: Gladys Villiers nett 74
The front nine was won by Sheila Stinson with a nett 30 and the back 9 by June Humphries with a nett 37 beating Una Cullinane on countback. Ann Murphy won the nine hole competition with a nett 33.
