A Club Stroke competition was played on Thursday 23rd June and the winner with a fabulous nett 66 was Gillian Poole.
In second place came Pauline Gingles with nett 68 edging ahead of Eileen Fitzsimmons on countback. Category A – Teresa McVeigh nett 73, Category B – Barbara Hamilton nett 72, Category C – Audrey Kellett nett 74, Category D – Angela O’Reilly nett 76.
The Front 9 went to Mary Black nett 32 beating Geraldine Rafferty on countback and the Back 9 to Teresa Corrigan nett 35 beating Hilary Johnston on countback. Margaret Marjoram won the 9-hole competition with 19 points.
