The Parker Bowl competition took place at Co Armagh Golf Club on Thursday 16 April 2026, sponsored by Lindsay Lawn Care (Arnold Courtney). The bowl was presented by Arnold in 2007 in memory of his late Uncle and Aunt.
The 18-hole competition was won by Philippa McShane with 37 pts, second, also with 37 pts was Marie Tennyson and Ellen Brady was third with 36 pts.
The category winners were:
Cat A Maggie McKee 35 pts
Cat B Geraldine Rafferty 33 pts
Cat C Elizabeth Mawhinney 32 pts
Anne O’Reilly won the front 9 with 19 pts and Colette McAleavey won the back 9 with 17 pts, beating Gillian Poole and Lily McMullan on the countback.
9 Hole Competition
The winner of the 9 hole competition was Carmel Harney with 19 pts.
Twos
Bernie Rice, Ellen Brady and Maggie McKee recorded twos at the 7 th , 9 th and 13 th respectively.
