The last 18 hole competition of the year took place at Co Armagh on Thursday 1 October. The Competition Standard Scratch was 70.

Lily McMullan was first with 38 pts, Paula McCrory was second with 37 pts and Karen Edgar was third with 35 pts, beating Pauline Gingles on the countback.

Gail Steed won the Front 9 with 20 pts and Lena Duffy won the Back 9 with 19 pts.

Twenty ladies played in the 9-hole competition which was won by Mary Black with 19 pts. Bernie McBride was second, also with 19 pts, beating Colette McSorley on the countback.

There were twos for Paula McCrory and Donna Carolan at the 3rd; Denise Murphy at the 7th and Lily McMullan, Elllen Brady and Barbara Hamilton at the 9th.

Birdies were recorded by Colette McSorley at the 1st and Paula McCrory at the 17th.

There was only one handicap cut – Bernie McBride from 30-29.1.
