With the weather remaining fair and the course in good condition, it has been decided to continue with qualifying competitions for as long as possible.
The coming weekend's competitions will now be as follows:
Saturday 6 October: Club Stableford, white tees, preferred lies fairways only.
Sunday 7 October: Club Stableford, white tees, preferred lies fairways only.
A decision on when qualifying competitions will finish will be made on a weekly basis, depending on course conditions and weather.
Also, the Pro Shop will run a Pro Shop Sweep Competition every Wednesday through the winter.
The entry fee will be £2 and £1 for the 2s. The sweep will be played from the green tees over as many holes that are open in any given week. Your handicap will not be affected by this competition.
Depending on numbers, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers will receive a prize paid into their shop accounts. Cards will be issued from the Pro Shop and should be returned to the competition box.
We will hopefully have some decent weather this winter, and you can support Will and the Pro Shop over that period by participating in the Pro Shop sweep!
