SEVEN Hills restaurant group has officially launched its newest eatery at County Armagh Golf Club.
Restaurateur Joey Nixon announced the new partnership with the club at a special celebration event, unveiling a newly refurbished clubhouse restaurant and plans to promote his latest enterprise.
Joey said: “I am absolutely delighted to launch Seven Hills at County Armagh Golf Club. It's taken us a few months to get here - the restaurant received an extensive makeover, from floors to seating, colour scheme and new lighting. But it's now complete. And with our professional staff and menus all in place, we now have a special dining experience here to be enjoyed.”
With seating for up to 60, the Seven Hills Restaurant at County Armagh Golf Club is open for business.
Certainly a Gastro Menu with the essential Golfers fry and Roast of the Day, an Early Bird Menu with steak, gammon and fisherman's pie, and an A la Carte menu with a wide selection of chicken, meat and fish dishes to choose from, it would seem there is something to tantalise all taste-buds.
There's even a Sunday Carvery - for which booking is advisable - and on the last Friday of each month, afternoon tea will be served (1pm – 3pm).
Joey added: “County Armagh Golf Club has stunning views of the course, Palace Demesne and the City. It is a beautiful setting for any special occasions and we at Seven Hills are happy to cater for them all - be it a birthday party, christening or even a wedding. We can seat up to 60 in the restaurant and a further 80 in the adjoining function room. We also plan to host Christmas Parties in the run up to the festive season and we'll even be open on Christmas Day.”
Club Captain Martin Oliver and Lady Captain Una Cullaine were among the many guests to toast the new venture.
Martin said: “I am delighted to welcome Seven Hills to our club. Joey has ignited a new culture of club dining at County Armagh and I know members and visitors alike will enjoy the new surroundings in the restaurant as well as the delicious food he has to offer.”
